Data Deletion Instructions

At PalGo, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so by contacting us:
Email Request
To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please send an email to us:
- Send an email to [email protected].
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email address associated with your PalGo account.
We will process your request and delete all your data from our systems within 30 days. We will send you a confirmation email once the process is complete.
What data will be deleted?
When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your user profile and credentials.
- All fitness activity data (steps, distance, activities) fetched from Strava.
- Your PalGo's status, level, items, and history.
- Combat records and gold balance.
Note: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your progress cannot be recovered.
Removing Strava Access
In addition to deleting your PalGo account, you can also revoke PalGo's access to your Strava data directly from Strava:
- Log in to your Strava account.
- Go to Settings > My Apps.
- Find PalGo and click Revoke Access.
